## Shipping & Delivery

- Our goal is always to get you your goods **ASAP**. When browsing the site, you'll notice that every product page has its estimated shipping time listed right there. Most items ship **within 24 hours,** but if there's anything out of the ordinary, you'll be able to find it on the product page.
- We ship via **UPS** and **FedEx,** choosing the carrier based on the best possible route and rate. Since these carriers can't make it to P.O. boxes, we **need a physical address.** Shipping and en-route days are **business days** only.
- When your order leaves our warehouse, **we'll send you** an email letting you know everything you need: **estimated arrival time, tracking number,** and which carrier is handling it, so you can start getting excited about getting your goodies!

**SHIPPING RATES**  
Good news: Most orders qualify for **free ground shipping.** If your purchase requires an additional shipping fee, it will be noted on the product page and calculated at checkout.

**RUSH SHIPPING**  
In a hurry? Ordering a gift on short notice? We have your back. Rush shipping can be added to most items on our site. These rates and options **will be available in the cart before you check out.**

**EXCLUSIONS**  
Shipping is available only to **physical addresses within the contiguous United States.** Limited specials and clearance items aren’t eligible for free ground shipping. Sorry!
